Experimental & Industrial
- Full-scale/multi-scale Experimental setup design as per Design of Experiment (DOE) and Response Surface Methodology (RSM), LabView (flex logger), DAQ
- Developing PFD, P&ID, H&MB, and UFD sheets.
- Electrochemical assessments and testing of electrolyzers/fuel cells/ batteries, such as CV, EIS, capacity-voltage
- Mechanical design and GD&T in Solidworks; creating detailed components and production layouts and individual & assembly-level drawings
- Instrumentation & automation: Sensor integration, process control systems (PID controllers), and automation solutions (sensors, mass flow controllers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, valves, etc. Experience with Raspberry Pi.
- Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), hazard operability (HAZOP), and safety integrity level (SIL) studies
- Process piping as per ASME B 31.3.
- Familiar with international standards: ANSI/ASME, IPS, API, BS, ASTM & their use in design, analysis, and calculation.
Programming, Simulation, & Design
- COMSOL Multiphysics – Fluid flow & transport phenomena, electrochemistry (tertiary current distribution), electromagnetism, multibody dynamic systems & topology optimization, two-phase flow & fluid-structure interaction (FSI), reaction engineering, heat transfer and thermal design, etc.
- MATLAB, Aspen HYSYS, EES, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, Origin Pro, Design Expert
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Skilled in Python and Scikit-learn for developing predictive models, regression analysis, and process simulations.
