Foreword
Born in Ilam, Iran, at 356.54 ppm, Mostafa (Sina) is currently a Doctoral Researcher in Chemical Engineering at Newcastle University. Sina holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Energy Conversion (summa cum laude), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Iran University of Science and Technology. Aiming to extend multidisciplinary skills, he also participated in an applied MBA in Energy Management at the University of Tehran. He has more than seven years of theoretical, computational, and experimental research experience in the analysis, design, and development of fluid, thermal, and renewable energy systems; on this path, he has co-authored more than 39 original research and review papers. As a well-versed engineer and researcher, Sina focuses on developing innovative solutions for next-generation energy demands. His goal is to positively impact the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Chapter 7, which calls for affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all. He welcomes academic collaborations and, through a strong publication record, has developed a pièce de résistance in effectively disseminating scientific papers for superlative impact and fostering esprit de corps among collaborators. Sina is mesmerized by Persian culture, architecture, and literature, as well as the highly influential classic poets, namely, Rumi, Saadi, and Hafez, and recent ones such as Fakour.
